Mr. R.K. Yadav of the State Bank of India commissioned Maharwali to construct his family home.

A bank-funded build runs on documentation. Stage-wise costing, valuation-ready billing, and progress certification had to line up with loan disbursement milestones — so the paperwork was planned alongside the construction schedule, not after it.

Maharwali delivered the residence end to end, with in-house material supply keeping specification consistent and each disbursement stage supported by proper documentation.
