Overview
Mr. Rajendra of the Indian Railways engaged Maharwali to renovate and modernise his existing family home rather than rebuild it.
Renovation in an occupied house is a sequencing problem before it is a construction problem. Work was zoned room by room, with dust containment and water and power continuity maintained so the family could stay in residence throughout.
The scope covered structural repair, replacement of ageing plumbing and wiring, and a full finishing upgrade — delivered without the family having to move out.
