Overview
Mr. Gopal, serving with the Indian Air Force, engaged Maharwali to build his family home on a turnkey basis — single point of accountability, from foundation to handover.
Because he was on active posting through most of the build, progress reporting mattered as much as the work itself. Stage-wise updates and photographic records meant he could approve each milestone without being on site.
The house was delivered complete — structure, masonry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing — using the group's own manufactured blocks and supplied materials, which kept quality and cost under one chain of control.
